Ever wondered how to be excellent?

Dan Collins is a former 4 time olympian (with medals!) and has had an amazing career in professional sport. Dan's now taking his expertise in how to get to top and stay there and applying it to the corporate world. We've been working with Dan providing tools and training so he can punch out work quickly and not get bogged down by the 'technical' elements that can sometimes get in the way of creative thinking and productivity. His 'Structure of Excellence' workshops are starting soon and I'd highly recommend getting along to one. The man sure knows how to set a goal, make a list and be accountable.

The Zuu - Workouts Without Machines

We had been working out at The Zuu for a couple weeks when Nathan asked if we would be interested in working on his new site. We said of course - only if he didn't cause us as much pain as his workouts do! :)

As with all our sites, this one was built on the Squarespace platform giving Nathan full access to edit everything.
